We offer the following shipping options:
– Standard Shipping within Mombasa: 1-2 business days
– Standard Shipping to Other Counties in Kenya: 2-3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping destination. You can view the shipping costs at checkout before finalizing your purchase.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over KES 5,000. No coupon code is needed; the discount will automatically be applied at checkout.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier and may be affected by factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, holidays, and carrier delays.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within Kenya.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Gematech LTD is not responsible for any additional taxes or fees that may apply to your order upon delivery. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if it is refused at the delivery address, we will issue a refund for the product after it is returned to us, minus the shipping costs both ways and any recycling fees imposed by the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Gematech LTD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Damaged Items in Transit
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
